How the member uses it
Everything is organized like a simple member portal.
The member can move between sections from the left navigation on desktop or the bottom navigation on a phone. The demo saves selections locally in the browser so the interaction feels like a real app.
My Plan
Members can see what their current Cal Dental affiliation includes and compare it with the Management Partner option.
Use it for: benefits, plan clarity and upgrade conversations.
Savings
Enter annual spending and estimated savings percentages for supplies, administration, insurance, technology and training.
Use it for: showing the financial value of the network.
Resources
A centralized location for vendor guidance, operational resources, training, templates and other affiliate materials.

Members can create a support request, select a category, describe what they need, and see the request appear in their support history.

No app-store installation
The portal runs in a current web browser and can live at a normal secure URL on the Cal Dental website.

The component isolates its app styles from the host website so a WordPress/Divi theme is less likely to break the portal.

Website team instructions
Preferred WordPress / Divi installation.
The integration package includes a WordPress plugin. Once installed, the website team can place the Affiliate Hub on a page with a shortcode.
Back up and secure the website.Take a current backup and complete the normal WordPress security review before adding the member portal.
Upload the Affiliate Hub plugin.In WordPress Admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then select the supplied Cal Dental Affiliate Hub plugin ZIP.
Activate the plugin.After activation, the Affiliate Hub shortcode becomes available to the site.
Create the Affiliate Hub page.Create a page such as “Affiliate Hub” or “Member Portal.” In Divi, add a Code module or Text module.
Paste the shortcode.Use the shortcode shown here. Publish the page and verify that the portal loads correctly.
Test every screen size.Verify iPhone, Android, tablet and desktop behavior before sending members to the page.

Important before productionThe standalone demo stores progress and support requests only in that browser. It does not replace secure authentication, a member database, private document storage or a real help desk/CRM connection.
