The work
A complete media room with biographies, music links, press portraits, downloads, and a booking path.
Evidence & limits
The finished EPK is available to explore. No booking, placement, or revenue outcome is claimed.

02 / THE ENGAGEMENT

KNOW WHAT
YOU’RE BUYING.

Start with the bottleneck. Agree the work, the owner, and the budget before the campaign begins.

Two separate budgets.

RapDM professional fees cover the agreed work. Media spend, platform fees, travel, production, and other third-party expenses are itemized separately.

RapDM commits to the agreed strategy, creative deliverables, coordination, communication, reporting, and optimization. Scope and payment terms are agreed upfront. Placements, audience growth, and deals are not guaranteed.

Who it’s for
Artists and teams choosing a focus record, audience, or release direction.
What we deliver
Catalog and audience review, positioning brief, focus-record rationale, release calendar, deliverables, and a campaign scorecard.
What you supply
Music links, release timing, existing assets, available analytics, and a working budget.
The sequence
Review → select the priority → agree the plan and decision gates.
Scope boundaries
Recording, mixing, legal review, and campaign execution are separate unless included in the agreed scope.

DEFINE THE GOAL.
FOLLOW THE EVIDENCE.

A campaign report separates completed work, actual response, spend, and the next decision.

DECISION STAGE01

Agreed objective.
Approved spend.
A documented next step.

Agree the goal. Test the approach.

Start with one priority: record selection, audience discovery, ticket sales, or another defined campaign outcome. Agree the baseline, test window, budget ceiling, and review date before activation.

THE WORK
Audit · Audience hypothesis · Creative test · Tracking check
MEASUREMENT
Retention and saves for creative learning; qualified inquiries, signups, or ticket purchases when those are the goal.
THE DECISION
Compare the test with the agreed baseline. Replace weak executions before committing the remaining budget.
Not every action is a conversion.

A music-link click is not a verified stream. An outreach reply is not published coverage. A booking conversation is not paid attendance. The scorecard names the outcome and its source.

Yasheen Vickers, Founder and CEO of Rap Digital Marketing

YASHEEN
VICKERS.

Founder & CEO / Rap Digital Marketing

Artist management experience.
Campaign execution in focus.

Yasheen’s documented work with B-Lovee’s 2021–2022 management and day-to-day team included channel-access handoffs, production administration, release coordination, media preparation, and promotional follow-through with RECORDS / Columbia.

That history informs RapDM’s approach: give the artist a clear priority, keep the materials and communication organized, and separate completed work from anticipated results.

At kickoff, your scope identifies the project lead, approval responsibilities, communication cadence, and reporting dates.
