The assignment

Connect an emotionally direct R&B catalog to a consistent identity, an organized delivery system, and a measurable path from outreach to listeners.

Our contribution

Artist-development planning, asset organization, and record-specific discovery outreach.

Catalog-readiness preparation, campaign materials, and personalized radio, playlist, and campus outreach.

What the evidence supports

September 17 report records one playlist addition and one radio rotation-pool acceptance. Pool acceptance does not establish a broadcast.

How the work was approached

01

An album-sized content system

The plan maps eight songs into 56 short acapella performances. Black-and-white footage with one album-red accent creates consistency, while direct eye contact and clean vocal capture keep the artist at the center.

02

A stronger catalog foundation

The campaign record documents preparation of metadata, rights and registration sheets, radio-ready asset folders, distribution-migration planning, and status trackers. Preparation and external acceptance remain separate milestones.

03

Personalized discovery

Rinse N Repeat carries the strongest documented outreach activity. Radio, playlist, editorial, live-support, and campus opportunities are routed with record-specific positioning instead of a single generic pitch.

04

A clear operating record

The outreach command center brings research, sends, replies, offers, follow-ups, assets, and outcomes into one working view. A companion pitch template ties the selected song to each curator’s audience.

HOW THE PROJECT IS ASSESSED

MEASUREMENT.
WITH CONTEXT.

  • Confirmed playlist additions
  • Radio consideration versus actual airplay
  • Qualified live and campus replies
  • Content-to-listening actions
  • Catalog readiness
  • Verified follow-up outcomes

These are measurement categories, not a claim that every metric was collected or improved. Only stated, source-supported outcomes are treated as results.

Campaign record

A dated record of work and response

The September 17 report records one confirmed playlist addition and one no-charge radio rotation-pool acceptance. Pool acceptance is not proof of a broadcast. The 56-post content series is a plan, not a claim that every post or proposed ad spend ran.

About the original presentation

The full working document is not publicly shared because it includes internal campaign, commercial, or artist information. This overview explains the work without exposing that material.

CULTURE. CONVERTED.
