The assignment

Coordinate a release campaign while resolving catalog delivery questions, preparing promotion, and managing commercial opportunities.

Our contribution

Founder experience: Yasheen Vickers’ management work during the February–April 2023 release cycle.

Distributor coordination, catalog review, digital rollout planning, record servicing, media outreach, booking administration, and producer sourcing.

What the evidence supports

The source documents management activity and booking-related transactions. It does not claim unverified streaming growth, completed media placements, or revenue milestones.

How the work was approached

01

Release operations

Coordination with Vydia, catalog review, and practical sequencing of deliverable material.

02

Digital rollout and servicing

A seven-page rollout plan and WAV servicing for Party, Quit Blamin’, and Throw Them Bands.

03

Media and appearances

Interview and freestyle outreach alongside booking-related payment and appearance administration. Pitches are not represented as completed coverage.

04

Next-cycle development

Distributor addendum discussions and producer sourcing continued into March–April 2023.

HOW THE PROJECT IS ASSESSED

MEASUREMENT.
WITH CONTEXT.

  • Completed release coordination
  • Record servicing documented
  • Outreach versus confirmed coverage
  • Booking administration versus completed appearances

These are measurement categories, not a claim that every metric was collected or improved. Only stated, source-supported outcomes are treated as results.

Documented management work

An operating record—not an inflated outcome claim

The supplied case study draws on management correspondence and public release information. Proposed spending, projected views, and developing events are not treated as achieved results. A cancelled event is explicitly excluded from delivered activations.
