The assignment

Build on the audience response around On The Court while making the next-record decision with the same discipline as the marketing plan.

Our contribution

A&R review, EPK development, and personalized regional outreach.

Six-song review, Newark-rooted positioning, media materials, and performance-platform follow-up.

What the evidence supports

The September 17 report documents work and a scheduling path—not a completed On The Radar appearance.

How the work was approached

01

Record selection before scale

The source documents a six-song review and a decision to strengthen and test the next lead. Hook, structure, final audio, metadata, and rights readiness sit ahead of a larger promotional commitment.

02

A media-ready story

The EPK translates the artist’s existing audience signal into a Newark-rooted narrative. Multiple editorial angles allow the team to adapt the pitch to media, radio, campus programming, and performance opportunities.

03

A controlled validation sprint

The proposed 21-day test uses short-form creative and record-level response to decide whether the next candidate earns more support. City-level response is part of that decision.

04

A route from response to booking

NYC mic-drop and performance options are assembled around fit, availability, and deliverables. The campaign record keeps direct conversations separate from booked sessions and finished appearances.

HOW THE PROJECT IS ASSESSED

MEASUREMENT.
WITH CONTEXT.

  • Qualified responses
  • Confirmed dates and deliverables
  • Short-form completion
  • Saves and shares
  • Music discovery actions
  • Regional audience response

These are measurement categories, not a claim that every metric was collected or improved. Only stated, source-supported outcomes are treated as results.

Campaign record

Foundation completed; conversion in progress

The September 17 report documents A&R work, EPK development, customized outreach, and a direct On The Radar scheduling path. A supplied form or positive response is not a completed appearance, airplay, or editorial placement.

About the original presentation

The full working document is not publicly shared because it includes internal campaign, commercial, or artist information. This overview explains the work without exposing that material.

CULTURE. CONVERTED.
