ARTIST CITY

The assignment

Artists often receive disconnected advice. The concept turns that fragmentation into a routed working experience, with evidence for completed tasks and ownership of what remains.

Our contribution

Campaign architecture and creative planning.

A hands-on artist-development city connects music, rights, releases, audiences, and business operations.

What the evidence supports

The blueprint sets out a proposed service model, delivery system, and pilot. Attendance figures are planning capacity, not people already served. Event dates, venue arrangements, sponsors, and third-party participation are not announced as confirmed.

How the work was approached

01

Fourteen connected departments

Human Foundation, Sound Lab, Identity & Control, Rights Vault, Royalty Exchange, Release Control, Artist Access, Story & Content, Demand Lab, Fan Embassy, Live Workshop, Revenue Market, Business & Deals, and Team & Continuity form the service map.

02

A route based on need

An artist receives a whole-career assessment and appointments matched to actual priorities. The proposal does not require every attendee to visit every desk or assume that every rights issue can be resolved on-site.

03

An experience that proves the work

The Second-Listen Room tests music without follower counts. The Keys Test checks artist control of accounts and assets. The Rights X-Ray maps documentation gaps. A private No-Camera Room keeps personal support outside the content machine.

04

Delivery beyond the live days

The flagship model proposes 60 buildout artists, two live days, a curated stage, and tracked follow-through. Each participant leaves with an artist-controlled record of completed work and outstanding actions.

HOW THE PROJECT IS ASSESSED

MEASUREMENT.
WITH CONTEXT.

  • Completed needs assessments
  • Documented priority-task closures
  • Outstanding tasks with owners
  • Follow-up completion
  • Artist control of deliverables
  • Service capacity and satisfaction

These are measurement categories, not a claim that every metric was collected or improved. Only stated, source-supported outcomes are treated as results.
